I have a passion to help see people's lives change through not only achieving their fitness goals, but helping them with their confidence and realise that they can do anything they put their mind to.

I started Last Man Standing in 2016, after realising there was a gap for group training. Group training helps motivate and push people to achieve their goals.

Results are achieved, friendships are formed, accountability is very evident and it is an affordable option, with still getting the custom designed training rather than generic class exercises.
